Agentxiety

Was trying to think of a word for this problem and threw my thoughts at Claude:

agentxiety /eɪ·dʒɛnt·ˈzaɪ·ə·ti/ noun

The persistent, low-grade anxiety experienced when your AI agent subscription sits idle while you engage in non-productive human activities such as “going outside,” “spending time with loved ones,” or “relaxing.”

“I was enjoying a perfectly good Sunday at the beach but the agentxiety hit hard knowing my rate limits reset in two hours and I still had at least 30% left to burn.”

First documented: 2026, among early adopters who realised unlimited plans are only unlimited if you never sleep.

I thought that quite amusing!

Here is the whole thing as an artifact:

agentxiety

I do get this though, it’s like lost creativity or bug fixes.

I did search on the interwebs and first time there were no result, later on something popped up.

Nice one Claude!
