Drawn Out
A Door to Anywhere
My first novel. A science-fiction adventure for readers aged 10 and up: on a planet a thousand years from now, an army stands ready. In a quiet Australian suburb, Jack finds a strange old book. It isn't a book - it's the door to distant worlds and a war of the future, and it answers to Jack and his best mate Ben.
drawnoutbook.com has the story, chapter one to read free, and book updates.
I'm Paul Kohler, an Australian writer of science-fiction adventure for younger readers. By day I'm a software architect in Melbourne - more about that. Drawn Out is my first novel, published through my own imprint, Kohler Press.
